China Compulsory CCC Certification
Overview
CCC certification is "China Compulsory Certification", its English name is "China Compulsory Certification", abbreviated as CCC. The CCC certification mark is "CCC", which was formulated by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration in accordance with the "Management Regulations on Compulsory Product Certification" (Order No. 5 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China).
CCC certification mark:
The current "CCC" certification marks are divided into four categories, namely:
1. CCC+S safety certification mark
2. CCC+EMC electromagnetic compatibility certification mark
3. CCC+S&E safety and electromagnetic compatibility certification mark
4. CCC+F fire certification mark

Application requirements
CCC certification cycle: 15 working days
The process steps for applying for CCC certification are as follows:
1. Prepare information
1. First, you need to provide both the applicant and the manufacturer (one business license for each);
2. Secondly, two complete prototypes of the same model are required;
3. Prepare product instruction manual, circuit diagram, specification, series difference description, CDF table of key parts list;
4. Relevant important parts need to provide CQC/CCC certification (main power adapter, power connection line, PCB board, plastic shell);

A Apply for CCC certification for the first time:
1. The customer provides information (a business license) and application form to assist the customer to apply to Beijing CQC (application fee 500, certificate fee 800);
2. Assist customers in the rectification of product forecasts;
3. Submit to VTC laboratory for inspection (testing cost is about RMB 10,000~20,000 depending on the product);
4. Follow the progress of the case and issue a product qualified type inspection report;
5. Assign the factory inspection time task, and send the CCC project engineer to the factory to provide pre-audit counseling (procedure documents and quality manual) to the relevant personnel of the factory;
6. The factory audit (factory audit fee Guangzhou, Shenzhen 5500) on the same day to accompany, assist the factory to come out of the sudden problems on the day, to ensure that the factory passed the audit on the same day;
7. Beijing obtains CCC certificate;
B has CCC certification, apply for new product CCC certification again:
1. The customer provides information (a business license) and application form to assist the customer to apply to Beijing CQC (application fee 500, certificate fee 800);
2. Assist customers in the rectification of product forecasts;
3. Submit to VTC laboratory for inspection (testing cost is about RMB 10,000~20,000 depending on the product);
4. Follow the progress of the case and issue a product qualified type inspection report;
5. Beijing obtains CCC certificate;
C Annual factory inspection:
1. Provide the CCC original report of the annual audit product and confirm the list of key parts;
2. The laboratory issues an annual confirmation inspection report (LVD EMC)
3. Assign the factory inspection time task, and send the CCC project engineer to the factory to provide pre-audit counseling (procedure documents and quality manual) to the relevant personnel of the factory;
4. Factory audit (factory audit fee Guangzhou, Shenzhen 5000) on the same day to accompany the factory, assist the factory to come out of the sudden problem on the day, to ensure that the audit passed on the same day;
D The original applicant derives the certificate ODM to the distributor:
1. Provide business licenses of both parties;
2. The laboratory assists in the issuance of the ODM agreement signed and sealed by both parties;
3. Fill in the declaration of conformity;
4. Provide this nameplate;
5. The laboratory issues an inspection report and submits it to CQC for review;
6. Beijing obtains CCC certificate;
